THE VALUE OF THEOSOPHY: Theory and practical application

 

In our Mysticast conversation with Teresa Keast (https://www.teresa4yoga.co.uk/)  Dru Yoga and Meditation teacher, National Speaker for The Theosophy Society and active member of CE- 5, we discuss the similarities between the practices used by the Theosophists and Dru-Yoga practitioners with Dr. George King (https://www.aetherius.org/dr-george-king/)  (Note 1) advanced yoga techniques.

The biggest parallel drawn from this exploration was the practical application of  Breathing exercises, Meditation practices and,Wisdom teachings in our everyday life and the wonderful convergence of these spiritual teachings with our scientific understanding.

Note 1.Dr. George King (1919-1997) was a Master of yoga, trance medium and the author of many books on spirituality.
